CORVETTE IS GONE IN 60 SECONDS!!! PLEASE CALL Trooper BYRD!!!

****NOTICE THE LAW ENFORCEMENT TAGS Doesn't mean anything because anyone can get them...UGH*** On 8/23/22, at approx. 16:25 hours I conducted a traffic stop on a Silver Corvette displaying Arkansas license plate LOCHEG (LAW ENFORCEMENT) for tinted windows. The Corvette stopped on W 9th near Pike Avenue.   I observed the brake lights to be on and the Corvette had not been put into park. I announced over the exterior speaker for the driver to put the vehicle in park. I observed the driver roll his window up and down. I observed the driver to be a black male wearing gold rim glasses. After briefly putting the Corvette in park the driver quickly accelerated in speed, fleeing the traffic stop. Approximately 50 yards later I observed the Corvette stop and let the front seat passenger out of the vehicle. The passenger was later identified as Dallas Crowder. I pursued the Corvette west on W 9th at speeds in excess of 60 mph with no traffic. I observed the Corvette turn north on Vestal where there was light traffic. I briefly lost sight of the Corvette, but then observed it fleeing north on Crutcher from W 13th at a high rate of speed. I again lost sight of the Corvette on Crutcher near W 15th. Additional officers saturated the area and a short time later Officer Jurisic located the Corvette. Officers reengaged the pursuit west on W 18th at speeds in excess of80 mph with no traffic and then north on Pike. Once on Pike there was moderate traffic and there was a heavy down pour of rain near Pike and Pershing. Officers terminated the pursuit and lost sight of the Corvette near Pike and Pershing. See supplements for additional information. I was in unit 1828 that has a MVR that was functioning properly at the time of the pursuit.
